Electrofin Heaters confidently provide the features of electric immersion heaters that have a larger heat transfer surface area for a given shell size. This quality makes the heaters ideal for high viscosity, and low Reynolds number flows. We use a thick sheath with welded fins to make the heater as durable as it can be. Ultimately, this leads to a long operational lifetime. We use various fin geometries and a three-phase nature of elements to heighten the versatility of the Electrofin heater.
Immersion heaters utilize a metal-sheathed, u-shape electric heating element that is enclosed in a pressure-containing shell. These heaters are typically used in a relatively high heat transfer rate and are needed from the sheath to process fluid. We build this system using a proven temperature determination technique that optimizes performance and the life of the element. Consider these heaters because they show significant standoff between the terminal box and tube sheet, which allows for low-temperature wiring inside the terminal box. This prevents the process from leaking into the terminal box.
